We collect the information you provide when building your profile — including contact details, work history, education, expectations and any photo or CV you upload — to build your Hero Card and match you with relevant, verified opportunities.
Your phone number and email are kept private and are never shown directly to employers. Employers see a masked, professional summary of your profile; any request to contact you is routed through our team first.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is retained for as long as your account is active, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting our team.
